Nice easy project boat based afloat in Southampton I bought this boat a few months back with the intention of moving it to Cardiff and using it for myself, circumstances change and its now up for sale. The previous owner lived aboard for a periods and reupholstered the saloon and forward cabin cushions and replaced with new foam, they also had a service done on the engine and had new insurance approved crimped fuel lines fitted along with a extra filter, the Volvo Inboard Diesel engine runs nicely and charges the twin batteries. There is a Automatic bilge pump fitted I have recently fitted a new solar panel and fuse board and switch panel . There is a log, depth finder and VHF radio fitted I was told by the previous owner that the rudder needed a repair but I have not had the boat out of the water to verify this, it certainly needs to come out and have the bottom jet washed and antifouled and clear the prop which is fouled with weed. A little cosmetic work and the boat will be ready for use by the spring.

Anchor and chain Included and all fixtures and fittings currently onboard including fenders, boathooks fuel and water cans etc. Mainsail, sail cover and roller reefing headsail included, the boat is fitted with a working sea toilet and has sink and water pump but no cooker.
