Flexible reinforced pipe to water pump via a Vetus filter.
Top quality VHF stainless steel whip Antenna. Chemical Toilet unused fitted inside a cabinet with lid. Clean engine bay with soundproofing all around even the removable lid. Access is good to engine. Has an inline nylon flexible drive between engine and propshaft for less vibration/ noise.

Nav lights, replacement GMDS VHF radio, depth sounder, GPS / Chartplotter with full U.K. / Europe coastline charts in great detail including auto route ect Two single berths. Swinging table that swings away into forward space when not needed. It pivots on the mast support . Mast is fixed via a Tabernackle and can be lowered so the top of mast is virtually the same length as the boat so easy to transport by just lowering the mast. No need to remove it from the tabernackle . It can be raised and lowered very easily single handed using the Ali A frame which (acts as pivot point) and system of rope and pulley blocks .
Jib Sail is very slightly faded but only in the UV strip. The main is a recent addition and both are still in good condition with no repairs needed to stitching ect . The original main sail is also in good condition but obviously is not as crisp. Both main sails included in sale. Very clean inside the cabin and all its all original hardly hardly been used.
Fitted with a two burner alcohol ( Meths ) cooker, works well and is very quick to boil a kettle. Swinging galvanised keel. With new operating stainless steel wire. It can be operated easily from the cockpit via a rope. Plenty of storage space in lockable lockers Both sides of cockpit as well as two more in front of the transom.
Lots of teak timber , rubbing strake, cockpit floor, all locker/ seats. These boats are slightly heavier and bigger than the Cornish Shrimper with more cabin space and sail a lot better . They have a drop down extra rudder plate just like a Sailing Dinghy so it can point into the wind with ease. There is also a keel band from keel to under the rudder. This means if you do run over a crab pot line it will just go straight under the boat without getting hooked up.
Trailer has new bearings /brakes . Recent tow hitch and winch fitted. Lighting board fitted to adjustable extension arms . Has anchor with new octoplait warp and chain. Mooring Fenders.
Adjustable Boat hook Boom tent very good. Cockpit cover.Sail cover. Overall cover Retractable bow sprit. Mast raising / lowering pulley system. Can be seen with engine running anytime to suit.Could even sea trial for serious enquiries at Rutland Water. These usually sell secondhand from around £25k plus from the current builder Neil Thompson Boats at Wells next the Sea. With bit more tidying this boat will certainly be as good if not better especially with its new engine fitted. Plenty of info on the web about these boats
