Sturdy narrowboat that is on dry land ...comfortable but some work needed, shower room needs fitting. Some painting to do. Engine was reconditioned in 2017 and has not been in water since 2016. Sides blacked, bottom oxides last year. Electrics renewed 2017 with new leisure and start batteries.
