12foot River Boat, Pleasure Boat? With Trailer & Outboard Motor

Here we have a small river boat- pleasure boat? Measuring 380cm X 166cm roughly 12ft x 5.5ft Steering wheel controlled, with throttle, key, electric and pull startDash instrumentsComes with a fair size petrol tank4 seats Lightweight trailer with 1 new tyre( other is showing signs of wear stays inflated towed home 30’miles with out any issues) it has a hand winch and rollers.5 hp outboard engine. I took it as part payment for a job at the start of the year with the intentions of tidying it up and using it myself but I haven’t done absolutely anything to it since so I’ve decided to put it up for sale.It does have age related marks and wants a little tidying or light fettle please study all the pictures carefully!
