Here we have mine and my dad's 15ft Fast fisher boat 'Happy Days' complete with Johnson 60hp electric tilt trim engine and tonnes of extras, we have owned this for over 7 years and had many hours of fun and fishing. In the time we have owned it we have made it our own but unfortunately my dads health has been poor for the past year so we haven't had the use out of it. Its a cracking little boat and too good to be left unused. It comes with everything you need except for the bait, (I do have some frozen peeler in the bait freezer if you want the complete package LOL). The following description is honest and there are loads of photos and videos on the YouTube links.
I will do my best to remember everything but no doubts there will be more bits added for the buyer. Here's some links to see the boat on the water and some walkarounds of the boat, more pictures etc If we get a break in the weather which works out with my time off work ill take it out and get some vids of launch and retrieve and the anchor set up https://youtu.be/jNMFZlcUg5o Slideshow of the full package https://youtu.be/1F3uFTfsnn0 Tour around deck and look at fishfinder https://youtu.be/GGXKYPRvUf8 Demo of bilge pump with override https://youtu.be/F6jtbOFr3eg Tilt trim demo https://youtu.be/5dreEqpJq5U Video on the water https://youtu.be/a4vO0T6WP4s Bit of fishing on the boat https://youtu.be/kwdkt9xdK9I More fishing (please excuse language i get very exited LOL) The Trailer The trailer was overhauled 18 months ago, it had 2 coats of premium galv paint, it had new bearings fitted, 2 new tyres, new pneumatic jockey wheel, wheels painted, new blue rollers and lastly our favourite bit, a remote control winch, basically my dads back is finished so we were trying to find a way to make it easy to launch and retrieve with one person, all you do is hook the boat to the winch cable and press the wireless remote control button and in she comes onto the trailer, looks the part when your bringing it in on the slip. The Engine The engine is a Johnson 60 hp 2 stroke, electric start and electric trim/tilt. We bought this engine 4 years ago when our old mariner 60hp died, in the time we have had it it has had a couple of coils and the mod done to the fuel pump to make it pre mix as we were warned the auto mix system is prone to failing, i still have the original pump somewhere so i will try and find it to include, She starts well and runs like a beast, it pushes the boat along at a top speed of around 30 knots and comfortable cruising speed of around 20 knots It has been sat for over a year so a service is recommended but she starts and runs lovely as she always has on the muffs.. The engine could do with a spray over to freshen up the white, something we never got around to, one other small issue is when we bought it it fell over in the back of the van and slightly bent the bottom engine cover meaning the catch doesn't quite sit right so has a small screw in to secure it closed, we fully intended on replacing the bottom pan when it happened but its never gave us any issues so we never bothered. Also included is an old seagull back up engine, apparently its one of the rare few with the retractable pull start, we had this with the boat and had it running in a barrel but its been in the shed ever since, they just go and go so i don't see any issues with it.
The boat and its toys The boat is 4.5 metres long and 1.8 metres wide, it has a dry cab and has 2.3m x 1.4m deck space so can fish 3. The whole deck and cabin was repainted with international marine deck paint last year and a hard wearing rubber floor laid.Everything you need to get out fishing safely is on board Cobra Marine VHF complete with mmsi calling and gps location, This is the latest safety kit, it will allow the coastgaurd to accurately locate you in the event of an emergency, it was Only fitted 9 months ago and never used, i haven't even registered my mmsi number into it so its ready to go for the new buyer with no hassle of changing the call sign details. I have the original box and contents Inc instructions Raymarine Dragon Fly 5.7 GPS / SONAR / DOWNVISION Fish finder with 3d down vision (Amazing bit of kit!!) have a look at it in action on YouTube, this has put us on some very nice fish and amazing wrecks which can bee seen on the display. I know of licenced charter boats that use this fishfinder comes with owners manual Full Navionics Gold uk maps ++ 28xg So full detailed uk maps, best maps on the market Automatic bilge pump with override (Have a look at YouTube video +++++) 2 x New 100w waterproof running lights they are mega bright (fitted and never used) New waterproof deck light New Cab Light Compass Inshore Flare kit (out of date but better than none) 6 x Life jackets (3 x gas adult size) (2 x kids size) (1 x Teen size) Fire extinguisher 2 x Leisure batteries (18 months old) 2 X Battery boxes 2 x fuel tanks waterproof floating possessions container wayward floating bag (bit dirty but ok) cd player and deck speakers Air horns custom anchor setup which makes anchoring up or down really really easy 4 x anchors 20l x pirtek high quality marine 2 stroke oil small fridge 4 x boat rods 2 x multiplier reels 2 x fixed spool reels 6 x rod holders fighting belt Landing net 12v cigarette lighter socket 4 x seats ( The blue ones were on the originally but we swapped them for the black ones to give a bit more comfort, the black ones limit access to the cab a bit so i took them back off to swap back over after our last trip but haven't refitted them so both sets will be included so you can put on what suits you) Aux engine bracket (needs slight attention ill try and sort this before new buyer comes, only a small issue) The exterior It had new windows and seals when we bought it and was painted with orange marine paint 3 years ago and still comes up to a nice shine with a polish, the hull has had some repairs in the past but has no leaks and has never caused us any issues so we have never bothered with them. I don't really know what more to add, i just hope the new owner had as much fun as we have had, we have made many lifetime memories on this boat and i will be sad to see it go but i would rather someone else be making memories and waves than it sat on the drive.
I will add i am not in any rush to sell this and am not going to sell it at a knockdown price for a quick sale, I have priced it what we think is a fair price based on the full package, we have spent a heck of a lot more on it than we are selling it for I am however in the market for a new car at the moment and i would consider a deal on a car if it takes my fancy of roughly the same value or px with cash either way, all deals will need to be done via classifieds board to comply with rules Any viewing or picture requests please feel free to drop me a line and i'll send them over to you soon as i can If your local i can share a few locations where we have had some cracking fish. I wont reply to silly offers
