18 Foot Two Berth Cabin Cruiser Including Trailer

When I first bought this boat it was a bare shell.The company next door to my commercial unit was a boat builder and between us we built up the boat into what you see now.The flooring was completed using aluminium sheet and marine ply bonded together and then glassed over.There was no window glass so that had to be replaced by polycarbonate and new rubber seals all round (polycarbonate)The timber work was then done inside the cabin with each berth having a lift up top to allow for storage each side.There is also a shelf each side by the windows which come in handy.The lighting is by 6 LV lamps in the ceiling.There is also a multi socket for charging phones etc. I have used it on the Thames for 4 years but as i now have to give up my commercial unit I will have nowhere to keep it.So I have unfortunately to sell it. It has given me good service and I have had 3 years of Thames cruising'The 25 hp engine pushes the boat at cruising speed for the Thames at almost tickover so is very quiet.It comes with extras you may need, such as a boat hook,mooring pins,mallet,and mooring ropes.It also has a life belt,and a throwing line, on the roof for emergencies. I have repainted the hull and have replaced the cushions.The trailer was made to fit and is galvanised with good tyres and a spare.There is also a second battery for the low voltage lighting in the cabin and a set of socket outlets for charging phones etc.As already stated the boat has spent most of its time on the Thames since i had it,but the previous owner used to go out from Margate to the grounds beyond theEssex wind farms and fish for cod.I saw a photo of him with a wind turbine in the distance ,holding a 28 lb Cod !! So the boat is seaworthy.
