18ft Fletcher Dorado Fishing & Watersports Boat With 75HP Mariner Engine

The Fletcher Dorado fast fisher is a sturdy, medium-sized fishing boat with reliable 2 stroke Mariner engine (75hp) which can be used for waterskiing and other water sports. These boats are rare and don't come on to the market much because they are such safe sea boats and good river and lake cruisers. The cuddy has plenty room for sitting, storage or sleeping in, while the deck can manage a family or 4 adults. The boat was fully restored in 2015 by a harbour mechanic in West Dorset, which is when I bought the boat. It has been moored fro two seasons and West Bay, Dorset, where it was used for family fishing trips.

The same mechanic who restored the boat has also carried out a winter service and looked after the engine. It is an ideal for both first-time owners and those more experienced. The boat is ready to go for the summer! It comes with the original gelcoat cover, which I have used for winter storage, but one of the frame arms.base plate is faulty and either needs to be fixed or - ideally - a new and more sleek cover made. I prefer to moor the boat without a cover, to save time launching, so I've never really needed it except for winter months.

The trailer was fully restored along with the boat in 2015 and I have used it to trailer 20 miles to and from the harbour, but it could do with some TLC.
