1930's Norfolk Broads Classic Wooden Cruiser

'Dancing Foam' is a 1930's Norfolk Broads wooden cruiser built by Jack Powle of Wroxham and restored and maintained by myself for the last 30 years but sadly I can no longer keep up with the maintenance and now she needs work to bring her back to her former glory which earned her the admiring comments wherever she went, the most common being "what a beautiful boat" She is 40ft x 10ft 6 and has a 2ft 6 draught.The mid mounted wheelhouse folds down for low bridges and has the engine bay under the floor housing the BMC 2.2 litre diesel engine also the starter battery and 2 leisure batteries, 2 cold water tanks and a hot water tank cylinder heated via the engine.Forward of the wheelhouse is the saloon with 2 cottage chairs and seating opposite which converts into a large single bed.Next is the galley with a sink and worktop with a large cupboard underneath, 3 way fridge and a gas cooker. Opposite is an enclosed toilet with wash hand basin.At the front of the boat is the Bow cabin with 2 single beds with storage underneath and a wash hand basin.Lastly to the rear of the boat is the Stern cabin with a single bed and a large single/small double bed both with storage underneath, there is also a second enclosed toilet and wardrobe.The boat has 12v and 240v mains electrics.There are lots of other features but too many to list so please don't hesitate to contact me for more information and more photos.Viewing is essential and she is moored in Leicestershire and the mooring is available subject to the boatyard approval.She could be used as she is but would need a safety certificate which ran out 2 years ago.
