19ft Cabin Cruiser With Honda 4-stroke Outboard And Tilt Trailer.

Here we have our lovely ‘Hydrofrolics’ for sale. A change in family circumstances means that we can’t get the use out of that we once did and our time is required elsewhere. I’ve owned this boat for four years and restored it to its current state. It’s been recently re-wired, so the lights, horn, marker lights and 12v socket all work and to latest standards. Comes with a 12v leisure battery that is charged by the outboard motor.
This was done by the same chap who conducted the boat Safety Scheme certificate. As such it’s all ready to go and enjoy in safety. Included is the tilt trailer (break-back trailer) which has also had new wheels, tyres and wheel bearings. I have adapted the small cabin to convert to a double bed so this can be slept in. Also included is a porta-potty (never used) so it can be used away from facilities.
The teak rubbing strakes are a unique story in that the wood strips were originally ordered for use on the HMS Brittania but never used and sat in a barn ever since. A wooden boat builder who do this work for me owned the wood. The figure head is from a 1941 Cadillac and a comical touch on my part. The engine is a 8hp Honda outboard which came with it. The boat was originally traded in at The Little Boat Company for a new build narrow boat, and we bought it from there.
