Being re-sold due to time waster, please only bid if you are serious about buying. 19ft Mirror Offshore Sailing Yacht - Project boat. While watertight and complete, this boat has been unused for several years and needs some work doing. I don’t know if the engine works and there has been standing water inside the main cabin at some point. Comes with rudder, boom, mainsail, toilet and a few other bits and pieces.

This boat is being sold on behalf of the Rawdon Smith Trust, a charity which owns the lakebed of Coniston in the Lake District. After fees, any income from this sale will be used for charitable purposes. Sold as seen, buyer collects (no trailer). I am selling this in a voluntary capacity so please no time wasters. Boat situated on Coniston water in the Lake District, Cumbria.

If the successful bidder wished to remain on Coniston, the Rawdon Smith Trust would be happy to give the mooring block and tackle free of charge as part of the sale. From January 2020 annual fees of £500 would then apply. The mooring that the boat is on entitles the owner to membership and access to the secure compound at Lake Bank Boat Club (membership fees apply), however this is not compulsory. There is also the option of joining Coniston Sailing Club at the North end of the lake.Alternatively, retrieval at the public slipway is approximately £10, with tractor assisted retrieval being available at Coniston Boating Centre for an additional £15.
