22ft E-boat Sailing boat Lifting keel which locks in place when on the water Road trailer with launch trolley. Just had bearings done and zinc paint 5hp Mercury (just serviced) 5 sails plus spinnaker & pole 4 berth stove priced to sell All exterior wood replaced and varnished inc rudder and tiller. Antifouled 3 weeks ago. Easy to sail, fast sailboat. Original gel topside and cockpit, painted hull.

Generally good condition for age. Electrics disconnected, we've never needed them so have never bothered putting a battery on. I suggest they will need checking over by an electrician prior to fitting a battery. Tried to be as honest as poss. Any sensible questions/offers replied to asap.
