22ft Retractable Keel Day Sailer

This boat was a project of a former tenant on the our farm much of the work has been done to get this lovely little boat back on the water. Including a very good if small recon inboard engine. Included is all the rigging but it is missing its Jib/Jenower the roller reefing kit for this is there but no sail is visible. The roller reefed Main is tucked away in the mast and I have not investigated it for condition. I can not vouch for the trailer as it is home made buy the former tenant but is included for sale.

I would advise being prepared to make other arrangements to move over any long distance. I have tried to be as honest as I can in this listing but my knowledge of this boat is limited to visual inspection and what I was told buy my former tenant the boat is sold as seen and no returns will be accepted please be aware you are bidding to buy not to come and take a look if you would like to inspect you are most welcome to make an arrangement do so we are based near Epping in Essex.
