25ft Birchwood Cabin Cruiser Boat Project

25 foot Birchwood cabin cruiser boat unfinished project. The hull and and the cabin in is good condition. Brand new Jabsco sea toilet fitted. Original Volvo Penta engine (not currently fitted to boat) and brand new spare propulsion leg included with sale. Tailor included with brand new wheels fitted and spare wheel included.

Lots of other accessories included (gas stove, anchor, towing board, fenders and bouys, large capacity pleasure battery, chrome fog horn, and various other engine spares included in sale.) Engine was running approximately a year ago following a complete overhaul. Has not been run since and cannot demonstrate engine running however it wont take someone with a bit of mechanical background long to get it all connected back up and running again. I was restoring it myself and unfortunately due to work commitments just haven't got the time to finish it.
