25ft Narrowboat - Live Aboard W/ London Mooring

Newly Refurbished 25ft Springer with residential mooring in Packet Boat Marina (West Drayton / Uxbridge) Marina is owned and operated by Aquavista. Fees c£240 per month m, incl. parking. Shower, free laundry and chandlery/marine engineer facilities on site. Boat is a really good quality Springer Waterbug. Manufactured in 1993, the boat has spent almost all of its life in its current mooring as a static liveaboard.
Moved every few years to be blacked (not been out of water in 4/5 years so would recommend reblacking before heading out on a big cruise). Set up more as a static live aboard than Continuous Cruiser. With electrics coming from shore line. Owned for the majority of it's life by pilots / airhosts working out of London Heathrow next door, so has been marina based rathher than cruising on the water. As such she's in great condition for her age.
2 sofas that pull out into a large double bed. Theres also a dining area for two that drops down into a 3rd bed or as useful storage. Compact kitchen with everything you need: sink, gas oven/hob and storage. Separate toilet area with lots of storage too and space for spare Porta Potti Cartidges. There is a Honda 9.9 outboard engine.
