I bought this boat about a year ago as a project, ive painted and 99% completed the outside of the boat ( just horn and spotlight to fit, they are included with materials), i have ripped out about 75% of inside and have also started refit. Some of the ceiling panels and trim are up and there is more, but maybe not quite enough to complete. All of the kitchen cupboard doors are removed and i was going to replace with standard high gloss doors but did not get round to deciding on a colour so buyer will have to buy cabinet doors, and also some kind of door for the shower room come toilet, which also has a chemichal toilet. I removed all of the curtains and put limo tint on which just basically blacks out the windows from the outside. From inside the windows just look tinted. There is new flooring and glue to fix it, the flooring is not cheap and will last for year's.
There are loads of spares and fixings, from screws to paint and from led lights to felt for the walls. There is three brand new unused life jackets and there are telescopic fishing rods. It has a gas cooker and has a full unused gas bottle. It has two brand new 110amp batteries. It has an inboard Perkins diesel engine and quality z drive, however I have not started the engine for nearly six months and would recommend that it be serviced before attempting to cruise with it.
At the very least it will need priming. It has two new fire extinguishers and a fire blanket for the gas cooker. It has lots of foam for the cushion seating, and I bought a set of cushion covers that could be used when the time comes. There is a working red bull fridge that is illuminated and looks REALLY cool at night. Its just had it's boat safety certificate, which is valid for four years.
Insurance is only about £80 a year. The boat is moored offline in a private marina in Nottingham, I have literally just paid up my mooring fees for the next six months. The fees are payable in advance and run from 1st April. The cost for the year is approximately £1100 but this is includes a 240 mains hook up, so would be a bit cheaper if you didn't require electricity. Though the mooring is not part of the sale I am fairly sure subject to meeting the marina secretary that you would be able to take over my mooring.
Obviously you could take the boat to your own mooring or if you wanted to trailer away there are all the facilities for lifting at very reasonable prices. You will only need a river/canal licence when you want to cruise. Personally I would buy the licence that allows 30 days in every twelve month period (15 weekends), which costs about £140 i think. This is a project boat and the pictures in the advert form part of the description, please study carefully, zoom in where necessary. Phone me if you would like to view, or to offer a buy it now price.
