27ft Elysian Boat. Live aboard or enjoy cruising. She has a very reliable 1500cc diesel engine, starts and runs well. I have spent 1000's on her in recent years. She had a full professional back to gell repaint 3 years ago loads of photos cost £6k. She needs a bit of paint work now mainly due to ducks. The boat has separate sleeping area with was basin. The lounge/galley area has seating that converts into another double bed. Hot water via a tank run the engine for 30mins a tank full if hot water. Full flushing toilet into sept tank (not a chemical thing) hot air heating. Extensive sound proofing. She is moored on the river lea. Mooring is £150 a month maybe able to transfer. The boat was once on the broads it has a fold down screen that allows access under Amy bridge. This is a genuine boat as with all boats She needs a little tlc something I have not been able to do recently due to health issues so I now offer her for sale. I think the set price is fair although I am open to sensible
