This boat was built for the 1997 boat show, never sailed. Sold to an Australian couple who never took delivery. Stored ashore for years it has heating, hot and cold water, shower. All warps and sail still in the bag. It is in as new condition everything works and the 20 hp beta diesel is perfect runs like a sewing machine.

No rust and as solid as a rock. Bilges are absolutely clean. Any inspection.
