30 Foot Kingfisher Sailing Yacht

Kingfisher 30 foot motor sailer for sale.I was using this as a liveaboard but is no longer required. Currently moored on a residential mooring at £600 per quarter annum. Fees paid until 30th June. Further residency must be negotiated with the marina management. Comes with a seaworthy certificate (boat safety certificate) which expires at the end of 2020.6 berth, 1 double in the forward cabin, 2 singles in the saloon and 2 singles in the aft cabin.Mercedes 36 hp engine with a Volvo hydraulic gearbox driving independently controlled twin propellers.

Engine has recently had an overhaul at a cost of £1700. A lot of money has been spent on sails and hood. All reciepts available to view. 2 solar panels charging 3 leisure batteries. Mains inverter connected to 2 double mains sockets.

Mains hookup with cable. 12v lighting throughout. Double camping Gaz burner with grill.Wood/coal burning stove.Sea toilet and porta potti.TV with built in DVD.Microwave oven.VHF radio.The mast is currently laid down to accommodate low bridges on canals and rivers. The marina has a mast erection service if required. I have never used the sails but I was assured that it has a full complement.
