30 Ft All Steel Narrow Boat, Cruiser Stern, Lister SR2

WILLOW 30FT CRUISER STERN 1978... LISTER SR2 air cooled engine > all oils have been changed (reverse/ front gear box and main)all running . INSIDES>completely gutted, stripped back to bare metal a year ago painted with army surplus red oxide (proper stuff), insulated with a combination of expanding foam/kingspan, new marine ply board flooring that had been treated with a anti-fungal paint, accessible rear board to clear out any damp with channels running through out the boat to this area. Real wood flooring (not cheap) and extra insulation. CLARKS THAMES WOOD BURNER converted to multifuel kitchen sink with running cold gravity fed water, 4 ring stove/oven (front safety glass broken but still working fine)/grill. Kitchen is all usable (ok), new porta potty, shower tray (no shower on board) LARGE DOUBLE BED very comfy at front of boat, loads of storage underneath, a bench sofa with loads of storage.the insides are useable as they are tho a little rustic, it has been a live aboard for the past 2 years.

OUTSIDE> Paint is of a mondrian style with a grey background (covering 2 windows that had to be taken out due to ill fitting), roof paint is flaking and needs retouching, front cratch is now partially covered with a timber frame, all windows have been sealed with proffessional window sealent also have a mirrored affect for some extra privacy (remember only in the day), engine bay could do with some work but is functioning with some eproxy filling. HULL>i bought the boat 2 years ago with it being put back in the water and it had had overplating done mainly around the front area as im a where, she had brand new anoids on her and a fresh coat of blackening, since then she has travelled from leeds down to devizes area over 2 years so could do with coming out of the water and re-blackened and anoids etc checked, iv have been quoted for this for around £600-700 so keep this in mind when bidding. The boat is on a constant cruising license so will be moving a little NR all cannings in wiltshire (marlborough) if you dont know where that is please google it! I am not able to help with things like your tranportation to view the boat or moving it half way across the country as im very busy (sorry).
