30 Ft Steel Cabin Cruiser Excellent Live Aboard/ Liveaboard, Gas Central Heating

Hello, for sale is my 30ft, wide beam all steel cruiser.It has been freshly blacked and painted and would make an ideal one or two person liveaboard. (It is however a 4 berth boat with a permanent double berth in the bedroom or rear cabin and a further extra double berth in the front cabin)The high quality fitted gas central heating, pump out toilet, fitted gas oven and hob, fridge, shower, basin, loads of storage space, excellent, clean and tasteful condition interior, 1000 watt inverter, Beta Marine Kubato Diesel all make this a superb live aboard vessel.It feels especially light and spacious due to its 9ft beam and light wood panelling.It has a boat safety certificate expiring in 2021.It has good headroom but a person over 6ft will have to crouch slightly. All crockery, cutlery, pans, kettles and other kitchen utensils to remain on board as well as TV, aerial and solar panel.I have owned the boat for around 3 years and was advised when I purchased it that the boat was built around 1985. It has been re-bottomed at some point in its life and has had other hull work, it is an older boat but it is water tight everywhere and is currently in the water and can be tested in the water.I am looking for an early and hassle free sale. It can be driven away as is or craned onto a truck for mooring elsewhere.

I understand the boatyard will charge around £270 for lifting out of the water and I estimate haulage to London for instance would be around £500-600.Viewing is strictly by appointment only and please bear in mind that following a change in personal circumstances, I am now living in Fareham on the south coast. Therefore, a trip to the boatyard for me involves a 250 mile round trip, so no dreamers or fender kickers!
