30ft Cruiser Stern Narrowboat

Up for sale is Mary a 30ft 1986 cruiser stern springer narrow boat I have owned her for a year and half she has been dry docked for over a year as she has had a revamp full blasting and 3 coats of epoxy resin along with a new hull survey and safety certificate Weed hatch gasket done also. The boat has a 3 cylinder 20hp vetus engine which has had engine oil change gearbox oil change and coolant change and is in good mechanical order in the engine bay you have 1 starter battery 4 leisure battery’s 3x140amp vetus leisure batteries all new battery terminals and cables fitted new buffalo deck boards fitted. Inside the boat has had complete new fit out with 2x 240w solar panels and 40a epever solar controller fitted also 240v sockets fitted in boat run by a 3kw sunsolar system pure sine wave inverter and new fuseboards and rcd 12v led lighting fitted with switch and remote control usb sockets on walls and light extraction fan in bathroom. The boat has a 12v shoreline fridge and thetford stove and Parker oven run off 2 13kg gas bottles in gas locker hot water is run by a paloma water heater fresh water has a carbon water filter run by a jabsco water pump and shower has whale gulper 220 pump. The boat has various cabinets with in lighting inside and under bed storage which can be made into seating area and has memory foam cushions the windows are tinted all round and have blinds it also has a multi fuel squirrel stove.

The flooring is solid wood and carpet in bed area the tv is a 240v LG smart tv with a kuma cosmos 12v Ariel on roof it has a thetford 165 toilet with 2 cassettes the shower is very spacious and has glass door.
