30ft Springer Canal Boat

30FT Springer Canal boat, built in 1987 and loving looked after ever since. This boat is a real eye catcher, with blacked out privacy glass with the boats name "Tilly" inscribed in each window. Specification of this vessel is as follows: It has a Beta 3 cylinder engine which is about 3-4 years old and has covered 1372 hours.Central heating hot water system with 4 radiators is created by a heat exchanger on the side of the engine and can fill hot water cylinder whilst travelling. This heats the radiators and provides very hot water for showering and through the hot taps.There is also a diesel Eberspaceer heater for when the engine has not been used.There are inverters fitted. There are two, the smaller one is used for the TV and smaller devices and the larger one will power anything else.There are USB sockets and cigarette style sockets which run off the bank of 3 leisure batteries as well as all the lighting, fridge and pumps.There is a solar panel on the roof to make sure the starter battery never goes flat.A full sized cooker and good fridge are fitted, which makes it very easy for self catering.
Also included are pots, crockery and cuttery on the boat.The gas bottle locker has a spare full bottle besides the current one in use.The interior is quite different to other boats. The 2 settees convert into a double bed.It has a separate dinette, a wet room with shower, sink and an Elsan toilet.There is a new 2 piece cover over the back end of the boat.Mooring pins and windlass included. The hull was overplated approx 10 years ago, it was blackened 2 years ago. The boat was built in 1987. The safety certificate expires in September 2023.
