33ft Centre Cockpit Cruiser

FOR SALE - Centre Cockpit 3 berth Cruiser/Narrow Boat with a 3 cylinder Perkins Diesel Engine. Boat name - EVELYN Custom built in the 1970’s in Tamworth and welded in 3 sections and had new engine installed in 2010 (unsure of hours but hasn’t been run much and always serviced by Streethay wharf) currently owned by my grandfather who has owned it for 17 years. It has just completed its comprehensive boat safety certificate and gone through a list of improvements & engine servicing (I can supply you with invoices ect). Boat has recently been out the water to be blacked & a handmade oak roof made which can fold back if required (just paid bill of £6,500 for roof work). There’s a large double bedroom at the front that folds out (table required) and a rear captain’s cabin with Sink.
The boat benefits from a newly refurbished shower/wet room with new thertford cassette toilet.
