35ft Great Project Boat

The condition is great for its age. The flooring has all been done now, when we got it there was a lot of rot inside, that has been removed and replaced with fresh wood. The windows have all been sealed properly and all screwed in like they should be. Most of the wood has all been varnished nicely. There are cupboards, new wood for work surfaces, new wood for the flooring.

There are 12v lighting all the way through that has been wired by a marine professional. There is normal lighting through out as well that you connect to the electric box. There are no engines in this boat, but if you was thinking of putting a single out-board on it, it wouldn't be difficult to fibre glass the back where the old engines used to be, it would take a couple of hours to do that. There are solid hand rails that go around the whole boat. The underneath of the boat is immaculate, there are no scrapes, no holes, no nothing!!!
