Low price for a quick sale. 37ft narrow boat. 1" thick fiberglass hull. Diesel engine just had professional maintenance and runs great. Complete with cassette toilet, pressure water, propane hot water (just serviced), 220\12V\propane fridge, propane 2 burner cooktop and grill.

Boatmate charcoal stove. New bilge pump. Was set up with 5 berths. Needs paint and caulking! I have all the original paperwork since new.

Safety inspection good until March 2018. Incredibly inexpensive way to live.
