39ft ferro cement sailing yacht, professionally laid up and built to a very high standard.. with a good low hour Perkins engine....this hasent been started since before Christmas so could do with a service, i brought the boat as a live-aboard project but unfortunately due to work commitment s have to put my life long dream on hold...and pass this lovely project onto someone who has the time... comes with a decent mast and sails and some other parts.....had survey (available) in 2012 and the work was completed.
