40" Narrow Boat With Private Mouring

Hi! Here is my 40" narrow boat which I've restored over the last 3 years. It has been professionally repainted in 2K primer and top coat. 2 tonne grey and blue. Inside has been insulated and fully plied.
It has a cassette toilet, shower and cubical, double bedroom, lounge area and kitchen, fridge and cooker, hot and cold water, diesel and gas heater, 240v inverter, internal and external LED lights, new water tank, brand new stainless steel diesel tank. Thornycroft 4 cylinder diesel engine. Excellent runner. It comes with a private mourning at a cost of 500 pound a year paid until December and it's transferable. Based in Stockton Heath, Warrington.
The license is approximately 400 pound a year. 5 years ago it had a new bottom fitted and painted. Over the next week we are finishing few things inside.
