40ft PROJECT Narrow Boat. Condition is Used. I have for sale a 40ft Semi Trad Narrow Boat ideal project for someone. She needs tidying up inside and the floor by the shower room needs replacing. There is a freestanding boatmans stove which cooks beautifully.

A baby Belfast sink, all the windows have shutters on which open. There is king size bed built in with storage underneath and a coal bunker. A boiler provides hot water which is heated by propane, 2 bottle come with boat . The engine is a Lister SR2 which starts first time. The bottom was replated about 5 years ago.

There is a Stirling invertor, 3 leisure batteries and a starter. Advertised on other websites Buyer is too collect.
