Good condition and well loved, has been recently painted and anti fouled. There is scope for development: engine is stiff to turn and needs some love, ceiling could be made much smarter with some wood panels, converting the back room into a bathroom would add luxury and value.
Description: 

‘Pig’ is a locally well known and loved boat, built by respected boat builder Steve Ransley in Gweek in 1987. Currently moored on Penryn River, Cornwall. We are sadly and unexpectedly looking for a quick sale due to a dream job opportunity near London. Pig has been anti fouled and freshly painted this summer inside and out. Engine has a new starter motor and being a Lister can withstand the test of time although could do with a little love.
New galvanised rudder mounts and solar panel. Pig is a very spacious and cosy live-aboard, she has the potential to be converted relatively easily back into a sailing boat.
