Built in 1995 and measuring 42ft, it is a really sound boat. It was last out of the water in 2020, where it underwent blacking, replacement of anodes and a full survey. Mooring fees are £793 per calendar month which includes council tax, fantastic, brand new facilities; free washing and drying facility, free luxury shower/toilets, secure bike shed, great social /entertaining seating/eating area, lighting of common areas, drinking water supply next to boat. The fenced marina is extremely safe and secure, with a manager on site throughout the day and a security guard at all other times.
The marina offers brilliant facilities: - Shower/toilet block with underfloor heating. - A laundry room with free washing/drying. - An outside social space with seating, tables, lighting, bbq. - A secure bike shed. These have been upgraded this summer, creating even better facilities.
The marina is very friendly and has a great community feel and pets are welcome.
