45ft Cruiser Narrow Boat / Live Aboard / Project

Hi We are selling our son boat who has now moved. The boat is in fair condition but needs work and "things" need sorting out. It is a 45ft Cruiser styled Narrowboat constructed in Steel Plate in 1975 - entering via the side or rear you have the saloon which contains a Sofa Bed & shelving a Solid Fuel Stove ( Not fitted) leading into the Mid-ship Galley with Cooker & Grill, 4 burner hob, 12v/240v Fridge & Steel sink. Passing the galley we have the bathroom fitted out with a white sink, Thetford “Porta Potti” cassette toilet, plenty of storage and with a shower. Rear cabin has single bed, Wardrobe & under-bed drawers.

Rear engine area contains 3 X 110 Amp leisure Batteries and 1 Starter Battery + there are 3 other spare batteries. A Lister FR3 Diesel Engine with Single level engine control & panel & instruments, It worked last year but now fails to start. Onboard there is also a 250L water tank and twin Diesel Tanks . Integral gas locker under the froward deck. Currently moored at Fox's marina in March Cambs.

Permanent moorings are transferable subject to agreement with the Marina, but they may not necessarily be the mooring the boat sits on now, as it currently sits on a bankside mooring in a prime spot.
