45 ft narrow boat for sale. Without a mooring the boat is fitted out in Scandinavian pine with plenty of storage space. The engine in the boat is a beta marine which has been well serviced.The boat will come with a full boat safety certificate. The boat is due for blacking next year. This boat is a live aboard spec and ready to sail way.

The boat has good size kitchen and living area fully kitted out with a Morco LPG boiler, oven and grill just had a brand new sink. And in the living area there is a lovely pot belly multi fuel stove.The boat was built in 1999. This boat has been looked after with paper work to prove. The boat is currently Moored a Sowerby bridge boatyard. Looking for offer around 35k and above.
