45ft Narrowboat

Much loved 45ft Narrow boat, with cruiser stern built in 1988 Moored in Essex. MOORING NOT AVAILABLE. The boat Has been fitted out with great care and love. As you come in to the boat you will find the galley kitchen, with washing machine, sink, fridge, solid oak work tops and cupboards. Oak flooring throughout the boat also oak tongue and groove ceiling.
Bathroom is open plan to keep the boat look spacious, has bath with shower attachment, cassette toilet, sinks with cupboard. Bedroom with 2 wardrobes either side of the double bed. Bed has storage underneath. The bow has double glazed oak uPVC doors. Hot water is provided by Morco instant hot water boiler.
The boat has 240v plug sockets as-well as 12V dotted throughout. 12V LED strip lighting around the top of the boat. The boat has a lister SR2 air cooled Diesel engine that runs perfectly, which was serviced last year. 3 Leisure batteries and 1 starter, all only 1 year old. 240/battery TV and 12V sound bar included, as-well as sofa and foot stall.
The outside of the boat is vinyl wrapped in black wrap on the sides with cream wrap on the roof. Dual fuel stove, amply warms the boat even on the coldest of days. The boat is insulated with Celotex and has 30mm in the roof, 40mm above the gunnels and 50 below the gunnels. This boat has been my pride and joy, have many many pictures of the work that was done whilst fitting out. Will be sad to see it go PLEASE NOTE OVEN IS NOT INCLUDED IN SALE.
