45ft Narrowboat Project

45ft steel and timber narrowboat in need of complete refit and a new cabin sides and top. Driven by a 22hp Armstrong Siddeley 2 cylinder diesel engine. Runs very well and is a lovely classic engine. There are many items on board such as cooker, 12v/240v refrigerator, microwave, wood burning stove (in need of tlc), instantaneous gas water heater, gas system in place with current boat safety certificate. All items are in reasonable condition and could be used again when refitted.

I bought this intending to put a new steel top on the boat however it is to be sold as is. A price for a steel cabin can be negotiated.
