45ft Springer Narrow Boat Project

45ft Springer narrow boat project for sale... Hull Survey 2017, Blacked 2017... The main structure of the boat is in good condition, I have stripped the inside back to the metal and have had her rewired so she is now ready to be refitted... The engine is NOT working so the new owner would need to tow her to her new home, at the moment she is moored just outside Ely in Littleport... I have a brand new oven and cassette toilet (still in the boxes) to include in the sale, also there is brand new mooring ropes, pins, front head light, tins of unopened red oxide and blacking left over to be included, plus anything I find boat related that I no longer need...
