50' Cruiser Stern Narrow Boat

This is an auction for a 50' Cruiser Sterned Narrow Boat.This is a un-finished project.I have personally built 3 boats previously and when I started my own business 3 years ago I was concerned that I wouldn't be busy to start with, so I bought a narrow boat shell to fit out and fill any time I had. My business grew a lot faster than I anticipated and the boat has now sat untouched for some time and I simply don't have the time to complete it. The shell was built by JD BoatsIt is spray foam insulatedIt has concrete slab ballastIt has PTP marine engine with a PRM gearboxIt has a twin coiled Surecal Calorifier installedAll the pipework for the plumbing is in and complete, including radiators throughoutHot and cold expansion tanks have been installed Wiring is all in and fuse panels are present but not installed18mm solid oak flooring has been laid in the galley, hallway and saloon areasThe bathroom is completely tiledThere is a Thetford Cassette toiletThe shower has a thermostatic mixer shower fittedIt has a solid fuel stove ( flue collar fitted, flue/chimney present but not connected)The galley is in and complete with solid Oak worktopsThere is a LPG cooker with oven/grill and 4 burner hobThe pipe is in for the LPG but it is not connected or terminated, all required fittings are presentThere is a large pile of Oak trim with the boat Everything used to build this boat so far along with the boat itself has been bought new and has not been used. All the work carried out so far has been done so in accordance with current boat safety regulations. The boat had to be moved from its hard standing just before Christmas and was launch onto the water at a marina in Cambridgeshire on the Middle Levels.
