50 Ft narrowboat project. Bought as a project but not got time to completing.Mooring possibly available thought CRT.Good localisation. 1 minute walk to Tesco, B&M, Aldi, Farmfood, Wilco, Post Office, Local pub, 20 minutes’ drive to Birmingham. On the side all facilities: electricity, water, shower, toilet empty point, and bin.Engine Lister 2 cylinder. New starter motor has been fitted.
New silencer will fitted during this week. Hot water from electric undercounted water heater, 2 x 80 w solar panels, 2 batteries - 1 starter and 1 leisure, sink, 2 double beds, solid fuel stove need a new pipe, shower need connect, undercounted fridge.The boat has been neglected. Need TLC.Back cabin floor rotten as wooden hatch and windows has leaked over the years. A new hatch lid has been made just fitted.No one has been on the boat long time Hull has been extensively re-plating in 2005 to a very high standard. No recent survey.Need painting outside.Nice project, but need time and heart to finish.Ideal for someone looking for a cheap project.
