Condition Description: 
The boat is in very sound condition with the hull and engine regularly serviced it was last lifted last winter, when the hull was painted and serviced. (Photos of the work done) the rigging is All S/S, but all the halyards need renewing. The interior is ok, but could use 'refreshing' it's a bit old! The boat has only sailed in local waters even though it was built for ocean sailing. The engine was fully serviced when I bought the boat 7 years ago as it had not been started for over10 years, i employed a marine mechanic to remove the head and renew the valves etc. before I started it. It now runs like new having less than 460 hours use from new. The hot water system needs commissioning as its never been used.

The boat is perfect as a holiday home as its only a 20 min walk from some of Cornwall's best beaches.I bought her to sail but my health stopped me as I had a stroke, so she hasn't sailed anywhere. I also lived aboard her for a few months, and it's a great Marina with a water side cafe and fantastic views from the deck, overlooking Plymouth across the river Tamar. The slip rent is £280 per month, and the mooring can stay with the boat. It's connected to mains electric. The stern cabin has a double bed, and en-suite shower/toilet.

The main cabin is16ft X16ft with an L shaped leather sofa and dining table that seats up to 6. It has a cast iron solid fuel heater. There is a quarter birth cabin off the main cabin. A S/S cooker and sink. The fore cabin has two beds, and there is a separate additional shower/ toilet.

Also a small cabin that I used as a store room. The boat is very solid but the interior could use "refreshing " as its a bit old. The boat has not been sailed for a long time so needs a fair bit of work mostly new rigging, and navigation equipment installed, before it can sail. If someone wants to do the work other similar boats fetch £30,000 or more. I am not able to use her anymore due to my age and poor health (I had a stroke) so she must go.

Don't expect a new boat, she's sound but not perfect. That's why I'm only asking £18,950 for her. The boat is listed with the U.K. Ship Register. SSR 1739 Give me a call on 0phone or email email for more info.
