(MORE PICTURES TO BE ADDED IN NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS) 50 FOOT TRADITIONAL NARROW BOAT FOR SALE TO INCLUDE A FULL PROFESSIONALRE-PAINT TO THE COLOUR OF YOUR CHOICEAT THE YARD WHERE THE BOAT IS MOOREDIF SOLD IN THE NEXT 10 DAYSNO OFFERS ON THE PRICE WILL BE ACCEPTED IF IT INCLUDES THE PAINTING Built in the 90s With Boat safety certificate Till December 2020 THIS WILL MAKE EITHER A FABULOUS LIVE ABOARD OR Pied à Terre OR FOR GREAT TRIPS AND HOLIDAYS This is a long listing I know, but have tried very hard to answer any possible questions anyone may have THIS IS A UNIQUE BOAT IN MANY WAYS ITS HAD JUST TWO OWNERS AND IS FULLY SELF SUFFICIENT IT HAS CENTRAL HEATING AND AN ON-BOARD FULLY AUTOMATIC 4 KVA REMOTE GENERATOR OPERATED REMOTELY FROM WITHIN THE KITCHEN The boat has had extensive work carried out Since August this year it has had the following Removed from the water fully inspected with a request to do all and anything that might be required We were informed that the hull was fine Mainly due to the fact of the original protection since new and that all that was required was for the anodes to be changed and the boat to have three coats of blacking At the same time that the boat was out of the water the yard also removed all the stainless steel windows cleaned serviced and resealed them all. The following are a list of things that have also been done. New shower room with new shower vanity basin and a new Thetford power flush toilet There is also a new 6kg top loading washing machine And a new gulp pump The walls throughout the boat have been upgraded to make the boat a warm and cosy home The floors have just all been replaced through-out the boat with underfloor insulation There has been a new gearbox heat exchanger fitted New starter battery The 240v electrics have new consumer units The boat has had all the interior lights changed 99% are LED The hot water tank is new and heats ether from the immersion or via the squirrel stove back boiler or engine fair to say you will never run out of hot water The Squirrel stove has been fully serviced and sealed right through to the chimney So from the stern of the boat straight into the engine room The stern doors have a security locking system The engine is a very fine Lister SR2 And has a lister engine management system There is a 2.5kw Trace invertor battery charger along with the 4kva onboard generator Starter battery and four domestic In addition, there are quite a few spare parts for the boat along with all the normal mooring chains and pins and two new life jackets. Two portholes Through the engine room door into the bedroom There is a central heating radiator with under gunnel shelve There is a built-in wardrobe and separate shelve cupboard Next to these are the fully concealed hot water tank keeping clothes nice and fresh & warm A double bed with a new 10-inch memory foam mattress Above a good size shelve There are windows each side and three portholes Under the bed there are two large draws In addition to further storage area The bedroom has under gunnel LED strip lights (full length) There is a wall LED lamp one ceiling light and also two bedside reading lights again LED There is also a double 240volt socket The immersion switch And tv socket Smoke and carbon monoxide detector Between bedroom and kitchen Onto the bathroom Already described but its fully fitted and new With LED light above the mirror and further strip concealed ceiling light Central heating radiator Opposite the door to the bathroom is the side hatch and built-in steps There is a door into the kitchen which can either be closed or latched open Handy if you have someone to stay as it divides the boat for privacy Into the kitchen area new kitchen sink, taps and worktops with the normal storage below along with a custom-made draw unit On the other side is the four-burner hob With a convector oven below There is a slow cooker and mini grill stored under the convector oven A 12volt fridge two further store cupboards Windows each side of the kitchen give great ventilation these have roller blinds The kitchen has just been fully re-tiled to make it bright modern and very easy to clean Into the living area Open plan With the Squirrel stove and back boiler A set of draws (loose) Two Ikea arm chairs And a built-in bench with storage below Smoke and carbon monoxide detector The living area has Three LED wall lamps And full length under gunnel LED strip lights There are three double 240volt sockets a 12-volt socket and an Ariel socket along with three windows The boat has made to measure curtains through-out And as mentioned before the entire boat has new flooring. There are a number of fire extinguishers from the engine room, the bedroom Mid boat, kitchen, and the living area along with a fire blanket in the kitchen Out of the stable door to the bow of the boat There are two lockers One housing anchor and various boat bits The other holds four gas bottles The front of the bow is a huge coal bunker to keep it dry and safe and off the roof.

Now to the outside The bottom of the boat as already stated has been fully blacked A new omni tv Ariel has been fitted To service the two interior tv sockets In the last month the top of the boat has been taken back to the metal it has had three coats of undercoat Red oxide It has been prepared for a professional re-paint So, it’s ready for the new owner to make their own mark and decide the colour that they want either DIY or professional painting which we can highly recommend being done where the boat is currently moored. The skill and quality of the painting here is exceptional, along with superb craftsmanship in boat building .
