50ft Narrowboat Canal River Canal Boat

I am selling my Narowboat "avocet" a 50ft 1992 narrow boat which has been totally re fitted out to a very high standard in 2005. It is a very spacious boat with lots of storage room. This is a four birth boat with a fixed double and a sofa bed the boat has a high quality oak lining throughout It has two Cratch covers, one for the winter and one for the summer. Gear box is a Newage with a 120 PRM Two gas cylinders size 13kg for the gas hob and oven For heating is a Diesel Eberspacher unit with a 7 day timer for the central heating, also there is a morso squirrel solid fuel stove 12v and 230v with a sterling VL-005 inverter, 1800w inverter rating and shoreline. 4 leisure batteries plus a starter battery In the bathroom is a cassette toilet plus a spare cassette, full size shower and a sink plus lots of storage. The boat was took out the water 8 months ago to be blacked and have a safety certificate put on it.
