52ft Doug Moore Narrow Boat

Fantastic opportunity to grab a bargain here, we are selling our boat simply because we need a bigger one, to start a family. We have been continuously cruising for 3 years and has been a fantastic boat. The o32 is a 1985, Doug Moore, semi trad, tug style narrow boat. She comes with full new 5 year survey, where she was found to be in perfect condition. Made from good old British steel.
Anyone who knows about boats knows that the older ones (if looked after) can be far superior to newer boats. She has Just had 8 new anodes welded and blacked with 2 pack epoxy. Which is good for a few years! Starting at the front: she has a front locker with twin automatic change over gas bottles. There is a large open front perfect for sitting outside.
200 litre water tanks on the front deck and a 400 litre water tank under the front deck. Stepping inside you can see the wood burner, and full new interior. She was done fully inside 2016 and is very clean and dry !!!! She has full kitchen oven, hob, 12v fridge and lots of storage. After the kitchen there is a very cosy bedroom with lots of under bed storage.
My wife and I are not the smallest and we fit in the bed perfectly. The bed has a new memory foam mattress. In the bedroom there is an overhead projector which is perfect for movie nights in bed.!!! Next is the bathroom with composting toilet. (a must if you are constant cruising) !!!
Full size shower with Good hot water from the boiler! After we have the engine room. There is a 1.8 bmc just been serviced and had new head gasket. Loads of battery power 5 brand new 110 ah. 550 w solar (with storage under the panels) and 2kw victron inverter; there is also a small inverter that is good for tv phones etc.
This boat is perfect for constant cruising and is able to access all uk waters. She is out of the water at the moment as we just had a new survey done, but will be back in within 2 weeks, (perfect opportunity to change the boat name and have a good inspection of the hull)!
