Recently fitted custom stainless t-pegs welded to the middle of the roof, mooring bouys fitted to the correct length, so they can be thrown either side when mooring making it quicker and offering greater protection :) Super reliable Leyland diesel engine. Naturally ballast hull - this is the much more expensive style and makes the boat better balanced in the water and a better cruise, it also ensures there is no need to ballast the boat with ugly concrete blocks in the hull, like most of new cheaper boats have. Cassette Toilet - I just find this so much more hygienic and definitely more economical.lovely shower room. Currently Moored on the stunning Barton Grange Marina, Preston, Pr3 0bt. I purchased the boat when my farther had a stroke 2 years ago, because he loved fishing and we could stay on the boat and fish on the canal from the boat. However his health has deteriorated and that is no longer an option, so a reluctant sale.
I have put my heart and soul into the boat and added many little period correct items in the interior to retain that traditional look. This is a 26 year old very prestigious boat built my many regard as the best boat builders there was.I would say the interior is stunning and recently I have painted the outside in key areas to really tidy up the boat and although the exterior is not perfect he looks damned tidy and presentable :)roof painted, top rails painted, bottom sill painted and highlights added. A sensible offer may be considered as I would love to use the funds towards spending more time with my farther over the coming months so a quick sale is preferred.
