55' Traditional Stern Narrowboat

Our Elsa is a Traditional Stern Narrowbeam built in 1992 by R & D Fabrications. A professional Narrowcraft Ltd fit-out with a traditional layout. Propulsion is by a Thonrycroft 45HP Diesel Engine.Entering from the stern into the engine room, Our Elsa features a good specification including x2 solar panels with a controller, central heating, and a 1000w Pure sine Inverter. Leading on to the master bedroom with a sizable floor-to-ceiling built-in wardrobe on the bulkhead and with ample storage below the fitted double bed, you will see that storage has been heavily considered when fitting the vessel out. An off-corridor shower room is next with a Paloma water boiler, Thetford cassette toilet, and vanity basin complimenting a large shower.
More pictures are to follow. The galley is complete with a gas hob and cooker with a 12v fridge and freezer compartment. Finally, into the saloon, fitted with a Morso squirrel stove and free-standing furniture. An itinerary will be provided on the agreement of all included with the boat.It must be noted that a previous survey was conducted before the boat came on to brokerage. No access to the survey has been given to us via the previous buyer although suspected pitting leading to a request for a full over-plating of the baseplate has been made.
