57ft Cruiser Stern Narrowboat (The Helge)

1997 Cruiser Stern Narrowboat built by Viking Boats.The steel hull is the usual 10 6 4mm. & is in good condition as can be seen from the last survey We are in possesion of the last survey from 2016 The boat has a new 4 year BSS certificate & was last blacked late 2018 The engine is a Beta 38 with PRM Gearbox. Just serviced At the moment it is a 2 birth but with an addition of a sofa bed could easily be 4 This is a reverse layout fit-out from bow to stern. Fixed double bed with hanging wardrobe storage behind headboard with large lower storage area below, short passage with bathroom to side with, corner shower unit & glass screen, Thetford 365 cassette wc and vanity unit.The remainder of the area is a nice light & uncluttered seating area With a Morso Squirrel Multi fuel stove, settee & table leading into a well fitted out kitchen with plenty of storage, free standing cooker & 12v under worktop fridge.There is a utility area to the aft with a washing machine, storage cupboards, calorifier with an immersion heater fitted. This is also where the inverter, 12v & 240v fuse boxes are.The back cruiser deck is also the gas bottle storage area with seating above.

The cratch cover is as new conditionThe 240v hook up is at the stern with a galvanic isolation lead fitted. To sum up this boat has been well looked after painted by its owner only 18 months ago, nice floor covering very servicable and is ready for cruising / living aboard. The boat could keep its mooring subject to approval of Freedom Boats Macclesfield.
