57ft Semi Trad Narrowboat

Welcome to the sale of my narrowboat, I'm selling her due to buying a historic ex working boat. "Bolli" is a 57ft semi trad narrowboat built by Mark Bagnall of Marque Narrowboats of Eccleshall in Staffs, she was fitted out by Barbridge marine in Nantwich. Bolli has a beta marine 1305 engine fitted with around 1800 hours on the clock, she is a very much loved boat and been very well cared for., she ha d a full repaint last summer and looks stunning when she's had a good wash. Below are some key bits of info on Bolli Diesel fired central heating and hot waterCalorifier off the engine for additional hot water heatingMulti fuel stove in lounge240v sockets throughout 2kw pure sine wave inverter fitted2x 100 watt solar panels fitted with Steca controllerGalvanic isolator fitted to protect hullNewly refitted bathroom Newly refitted kitchenBrand new covers front and back Brand new cooker and fridge freezerSmart charger fitted for when on mains power Bolli was two pack epoxied last year so doesn't need blacking for a good few years Below is the layout of Bolli starting from the rear door Entering into the bedroom from the rear deck, this room has a full height walk in wardrobe and a fitted dressing table,, their is a fixed double bed with new mattress and new curtains throughout, all flooring is new and in super condition, storage is provided under the fixed double bed and in the full height wardrobe and dresser, the bedroom has a radiator and 240v sockets and 12v lighting Next is the toilet and shower room, this room has a fitted thetford c200 freshwater electric flushing cassette toilet and a huge shower area, wash hand basin and massive storage cupboard, lighting is touch LEDs with dimmers, flooring is new as is all of the tiling to the loo area and shower enclosure, their is a radiator fitted just opposite the shower room for warming towels etc Further forward is the kitchen, this is newly refitted, with new cooker and fridge freezer, new worktops, sink, taps, and tiling, lighting is by 12v touch LEDs with dimmers, on one side of the kitchen their is a sliding window and the other has a full double width side door with opening roof section with steps for entering or exiting the baot from the middle. Next is the dinette area which converts to another double bed, their is bags of storage under the dinette, a radiator is also in this area, as are 240v sockets and 12v lighting, their is a car type CD player fitted under one of the seats with speakers in the lounge and the bedroom.

Moving forward is the lounge area, their is a radiator fitted here and a Clearview Stoves multi fuel stove, the best on the market at just over £1500!!! This really is the heart of the boat, 36" smart tv fitted, sotrage unit in the corner and large bookshelf, lighting is 12v and their are 240v sockets throughout, carpets are new as are the curtains, two chairs included in sale could do with renewing. Exiting the front double doors into the covered cratch area, this is brand new as the boat didn't have one when i bought her. Bolli would make an excellent liveaboard or used for all year round cruising, she is an absolute gem and I adore her but as stated at the top of the advert I'm in the process of buying a historic ex working boat so Bolli needs to go.
