60ft All Steel Mike Heywood Narrowboat Recent Hull Survey & Newly Blacked

We have lived aboard Tkal Kah O Nel (it means Moving on Water in Navajo) for 3 years and have been continuous cruisers, travelling all over the system. She is much loved and we have spent time making her into a lovely home for ourselves. We are now in need of an onboard designated storage room for the stock that we carry for our Roving canal trading business. After much contemplation, we have decided that it would be too complicated and costly to change the layout on this boat in order to achieve this, so have already agreed to purchase another boat which will suit our growing business needs. Tkal Kah O Nel is an all steel (10, 6, 4) NB built by Mike Heywood in 1990 and completely set up for her new owners to move on board.

She has been blacked this week (previously out of the water and blacked in August 2014) when new anodes were also fitted) and has a new hull survey which will be available for inspection from next Tuesday. The surveyor is happy to complete the rest of the survey on behalf of a buyer and would then sign the hull survey over as well to save the boat having to come out of the water again. She has a Boat Safety Certificate valid until July 2020. Cabin height is 6'4".
