60ft Narrow Boat Permanant Mooring Rickmansworth Live Aboard

Has 1.5 Bmc diesel runs. Boat hull will need welding on the topside as previous owner had gas heating Was out of the water about 6 years ago and had hull thickness tested,all measurements were ok. OBVIOUSLY it's main attraction and value is the permanant mooring,a new boat can be transferred to the mooring but has to be within bw rules.

The mooring is in a basin so no passing boats/traffic also has 75ft bank side with hard standing,footpath and communal car parking,Rickmansworth is the nearest village. There is electric and water also a shed. Serious buyers only please
