The steelwork is in good condition, old engine already removed and ready for conversion to an expedition yacht / research vessel / floating accommodation. Good survey, no double plating.

Believed to be suitable for commercial work. Both the superstructure and the wheelhouse have been extended aft. Railings raised to 1m. There's ample headroom throughout the vessel on all levels. Aft store room can also have full headroom.

The vessel has 3 vertical bulkheads creating 4 separate watertight compartments. It also has: flat top integral freshwater, fuel and ballast water tanks - effectively making it double-bottom. Her draft is 4ft at bow 5.5ft stern. A smaller, very reliable and more economical marine Detroit Diesel engine with excellent Twin Disc gearbox are included in the sale. There's a video of the donor vessel underway at sea with these engine and box filmed this September.

Build plans, books, manuals, previous bill of sale (for £100K and showing VAT exemption) and a copy of the survey also included. Delivery may be possible, tow or re-power. The vessel is currently in North Yorkshire where one can stay aboard and have access to all modern marina facilities.
