Albatross Classic Water Ski Speedboat

I am selling my Albatross. Basically I just do not use it. It is a very nice example. Appox.1952 Early Mk2. Aluminium hull finished in white.

Repainted approximately 15 years ago by the previous owner and still looks good. Powered by a Ford 100e (Mk3 engine) with an aquaplane head and a single SU H4 carburettor. Original vinyl seats are in good order. There is a tonneau cover fitted although it would benefit from having a new one made. This boat is all good, no nasty dents or scrapes anywhere.

Very straight. Length 12'8". Top speed 33mph 39bhp.I completely re-wired this boat last Summer and at the same time I fitted new instruments mounted into a custom made aluminium fascia. New electric fuel pump and a refurbished steering wheel also fitted recently. Engine recently serviced with new plugs etc.

I have replaced all rubber hoses with new. She runs well and is garaged during the Winter months. It needs to be used hence sale. It would be suited better with someone who lives near the lakes. I am reluctant to take it to sea.

Trailer overhauled with new hubs, jockey wheel and safety chain so all safe to transport. Boat number 30 so early!
