Albin 25 Deluxe Aft Cabin Motor Cruiser

I have listed this vessel for friends who due to ill health & age have decided it’s time to give up boating. They have owned her for more than 15 years & will be very upset to see her go. Albin 25s have a reputation of a strong safe vessel perfect for inland & coastal use, built in Sweden many were shipped around the world. With the rear cabin they are capable of sleeping 4 people comfortably & with the high sides to the cockpit it is a very safe boat for a family with younger children. This Albin has been looked after really well, with loads of extras, far too many to list here but including; Nassa VHF radio, Lowrence chart plotter, Hummingbird fishfinder, Goodmans radio/CD player, 19” TV with new arial, Fender baskets front & rear, Stainless davits, Double helmsman/navigator bench.

Standard equipment include; 2 burner & grill cooker, sink with pumped water, Jabsco sea toilet, fully reupholstered front & rear cabin mattresses with fire retardant material. There is a cockpit cover for general use as well as a Full pram hood type cover to give full headroom when cruising. The wheelhouse also has a soft top capable of opening up when the weather permits. This is a motor sailor & comes with masts & relevant rigging but hasn’t been used as a sailor for some time. It does have a small mizzen mast & sail useful to steady her when moving or at anchor.

The engine is a Nanni 3cylinder 21hp diesel, runs for hrs on very little fuel, it has not done very many hours believed to be somewhere in the 500s very clean & efficient & having a ready source of sensibly priced spares if ever needed. The condition of this boat is good, the hull is still original gelcoat (never been painted) with minor scuffs commensurate with age, a good polish would make her shine again, it has not been antifouled but paint will go with her after any underwater hull inspection. This boat has to be seen to be appreciated.
